UAE: 10–12 days
Some samples, especially those with specific finishes or rarer colors, may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch. We’ll reach out if your request needs more time.

Each tile sample is a full-size 8" x 8" piece, so you can evaluate the scale and pattern in real proportions.
Color swatches are 2" x 2" and designed to help you review pigment and texture.

All Alter tiles are made to order in your preferred colors from our library.
If you're ordering patterned tiles, please share:
– The pattern name (e.g., Bayt, Wave)
– The colors you'd like to see used, along with a short note on placement (e.g., “Clay Pink background, Bone for motif”)
If you're unsure, just describe your palette or upload a moodboard — our team will be happy to guide and configure it for you.
We also recommend browsing the Color Library before filling out your request.

If you're outside the trade, we’ll get in touch to confirm availability or share any applicable charges.

Yes, we do. Alter ships samples internationally from our UAE and India bases. Delivery timelines and charges may vary by region, our team will follow up after your request is received.
